About the Firm

Our growing Naples-based civil litigation practice is seeking a motivated Litigation Associate to join our dynamic team in Collier County. We represent corporate and individual clients across a broad spectrum of civil disputes, general liability defense, and commercial matters. We value rigorous analysis, courtroom advocacy, and a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage an active caseload through all phases of litigation, including pleadings, written discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediations, and trial preparation.
Conduct exhaustive legal research and draft persuasive memoranda, motions, and briefs.
Represent clients in court appearances, hearings, and settlement conferences.
Communicate proactively with clients, opposing counsel, and expert witnesses.
Collaborate closely with firm partners on case strategy and complex file development.

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.
Active member in good standing with The Florida Bar.
Minimum of 3 to 7 years of hands-on civil litigation or defense experience.
Exceptional analytical, research, and legal writing skills.
Local familiarity with Collier County court procedures and local rules is a distinct advantage.
